I just caught a news blurb. Apparently Obama signed an Executive Order.......??????
The talk of a Civilian National Security Force is back................
Has this been enacted now, by funds re-appropriation.........????????.
In reality, if Obama signs an executive order making his security force law this bypasses the Senate and the House. An Executive Order goes in to affect at his discretion. However without the Senate there could be no funds appropriated for this legally. But with all the money flowing through Washington, I don't think it would it be difficult for Obama and Co. to redirect funds to their new security force, if desired.
Our group of government socialist are using old school Nazi tactics to secure control of the country and populace.

By the way; on a past subject of statutory limits. You were right, The statute at the time was gender bias. In other words the teacher was NOT in violation of law.
